I have been going to the salon since I was 14 and I have been going to the same stylist too. I came in and wanted an hombre color in Ashbrown after the chemical of the bleachers put in my hair my hair ended up looking bleach pink bleach orange and bleach red she told me that was OK that I just need another bleaching to get the rest of the other the rest of the color I came a week later she had a Enough time to do whatever she Needed to do on my hair as I was waiting for the bleach a lady came in saying she wanted highlights the stylist side OK the woman jumped in the chair got her hair done then another woman came and saying she wanted a haircut so the stylist gave her a haircut while my hair was still in the bleach then she came to me wash my hair after everyone else was done she washed my hair and we went to the table and there was still bleach pinks bleach yellows as she started to brush my hair my hair came off in chunks and I almost cry and she was like no no no it's OK it's OK OK I told her I didn't want to touch my hair anymore I told her I want to leave I asked her how much it was she such I didn't have to pay for and I left in tears I went to my friends house because her grandmother was A stylist for over 20 years but she was not home we called her and she said to stop at Sally's supply and get some care Keritinso we went there the associate worker asked to see my hair and she noticed how they were still bleach chemicals in my hair and that's why he kept breaking off at the touch we rushed into the bathroom they had in the back. My hair is ruined. They don't want to pay me for the damages. Don't make the same mistake
