Called and ordered a pizza. Was quoted $12.66 over the phone. Got there and total was $19.00. Pizza was already made. I explained to them that I was quoted the $12.66 by a person on the phone. The manager denied that anyone would ever quote that price. BEWARE of this place when ordering and always watch your total prior to handing over the money. Misrepresentation and outright deceptive practices here.
The ingredients did not taste fresh, very disappointed. Baraboo Papa Murphys much better.
The store has always been clean, with a staff that is chatty to help pass the time while making your pizza.
Owner her self needs some help with customer service skills as blaming a customer for "their mistakes" when in turn she can't even take a correct order
