I would definitely recommend Frey construction .
Pretty small gutter job. Very prompt getting back to me and onsite, right then estimate. Reasonable price. We have a bit a glitch with the color specified by the buy who did the estimate. The guys who came to do the install noticed it wasn't right, and instead of just throwing up something wrong, advised us to change that. Caused a slight delay, but they came back with the right materials and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
Frey construction was very thorough in their explanations. They were prompt and professional. We were particularly impressed with how they address the junction between the roof line and our cedar siding. This had been an issue in the past, and are now hopeful it has been reconciled by our new roof! In the processes of replacing our roof a screen and a downspout were damaged. The downspout was rep,aced, perfect match. Scott Frey personally had to jump through hoops to fine a replacement since it could not be repaired! I also love that they come back at intervals to check for any issues. That is how a roof should really be monitored, but who wants to get up there! Peace of mind for a roof that will last our lifetime in our home.
My experience with Frey Construction started out very positive. I contacted them through their website and the office manager got back to me right away and set up a time for a sales consultant to come out and see me the next week. The sales consultant arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and had good ideas for my roofing project. He said he would contact me when he was ready to give me costs for different options and that he would give me a few times to choose from when we could meet. I was very much looking forward to getting the bid.
But that's the last I ever heard from Frey Construction! After two weeks went by, I e-mailed the sales consultant asking when I might expect to get a bid. No response. After a week went by, I emailed the office manager with the same question. No response. I was left baffled and disappointed. Did they just decide they weren't interested in the job (the roofer that i did hire said it was going to be a challenging job)? Apparently, but why not the very basic courtesy of telling me that?
I needed a new roof and insulation replaced. The whole experience was great. I thought I wanted more expensive shingles, but was assured the less expensive ones were of equal quality and would fit in better with the other roofs on the street.I had been told by another contractor that I needed new gutters but Frey construction thought my existing ones were fine. Frey construction is a Very trustworthy company and won't sell you unnecessary products. The workmen were professional and did an excellent job. All took pride in their work and were incredible! The roof is beautiful and the insulation has made a huge difference in the warmth in the house. The furnace isn't running as frequently as before. I am very thankful that I found Frey construction. I can't imagine there is a better company than Frey construction!!!
Frey did a great job for us with some work on the roof and some repairs to our chimneys. They were able to get us into their schedule fairly quickly and completed all the work in a timely manner and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.
